Please carefully read the instructions below before processing your registration for IEEE-Intelec 2024.
Registration Fees:
Full registration includes access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners, and inclusion of presented papers in the conference proceedings.
Student registration includes:
Access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation and proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and gala dinner.
Note:
A full registration is needed for an accepted paper to be presented and included in the proceedings (student registration does not count as full registration). Every full registration can accompany a maximum of one paper. Each additional paper requires an addition fee of half the full registration amount, limited to a maximum of one additional paper. The page limit of the accepted paper is strictly 6 pages. During conference registration, the paper ID needs to be entered.
Author registration payment must be made and the final PDF and eCopyright form must be uploaded by the prescribed deadline, otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Early Bird Registration, IEEE, PELS, and IEEE Member:
Authors who make their payment by May 31, 2024, will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate. Please see the details in the tables below for registration fees.
